Year of Projects: FO Bali Bag

Dark and Stormy   Simple Summer Tweed V Neck     Mork              Color Affection    Husband Sweater    Creedence       Striped Sweater   Boneyard Shawl

I finally finished the Bali Bag! I'm fairly pleased with how it turned out but I won't mention the issues I had with the lining and how I finally gave up on it. . .

I've also gotten quite a bit done on my V Neck Sweater redo. Yesterday I put the sleeves on waste yarn, so it feels like I've reached a milestone on that project.

Hope everyone has a good week!

  2. That is one intricate lookin' bag. Great job on that. It looks nicely thick so it's sturdy. The warm color of your V-neck is wonderful. Great progress on it.

  3. Oh I love your Bali Bag. I've been so inspired by it that I watched some You Tube videos on how it all goes together. Too bad that put me off - it looks very fiddly! I think I'll quilt my scraps instead :)

  5. The bag is so pretty....it reminds of a painting. You did a great job on it and it looks like it will hold a lot of yarn, what else? I was just thinking that before I make any more projects I need to make project bags to put them in! LOL!
The sweater is looking good in that pretty tan yarn. You'll be able to wear it this Fall if you hurry! LOL! No, just enjoy the knitting, don't rush. Take care!

  6. I love your bag and I don't think it matters about the lining. The sweater looks great - the colour will go with everything :-)
